These are high-quality sealing materials used in the automotive and engineering industries. We offer two main types of Reinz gasket sheets: RS and Xtreme Plus. The RS models are ideal for sealing combustion engine cylinder heads and joints subjected to high mechanical and thermal loads. Xtreme Plus, on the other hand, is a material designed for extreme operating conditions — it can withstand temperatures of up to 1,000°C.

Reinz gasket sheets are synonymous with exceptional resistance to compression and creep. Their structure, based on aramid and mineral fibres, ensures high elasticity and dimensional stability. The material also stands out for its excellent chemical resistance to oils, fuels and other aggressive media. As a result, Reinz gasket paper and sheets effectively seal flanged joints in engines, gearboxes, pumps and valves.

When selecting a product, we analyse the type of medium to be sealed, as well as the operating temperature and pressure. The material of the components being joined must also be taken into account. For joints exposed to high temperatures, we recommend Reinz gasket sheets from the RS series, which can withstand temperatures of up to 1,000°C. For standard applications, on the other hand, the versatile AF-Oil gaskets are ideal.

We offer materials in various sizes — from small sheets measuring 250 × 250 mm to large ones measuring 500 × 500 mm. Thicknesses range from 0.5 to 2 mm. We can cut gaskets to size on request. Before installation, the surfaces of the components to be joined must be thoroughly cleaned. The products shown require even pressure — tighten the bolts gradually, in a cross-pattern. We recommend using a torque wrench to achieve the optimum torque.

Gasket paper ensures a long service life with proper maintenance. We recommend regularly checking the condition of the gaskets and adjusting the bolt tension where necessary. Reinz gasket sheets guarantee a reliable seal in the most demanding applications — order them and use them in your projects!
