AF-1000® Sealing Sheet
Application
A gasket sheet designed for use in high-temperature flanged joints, where there are large pressure fluctuations and high flow rates of the medium in systems.
It features high mechanical strength. It is used in the automotive industry.
It is not recommended for use in acids or alkalis. When used with steam, ensure that appropriate mounting clamps are used.

Material
The GAMBIT AF-1000 gasket sheet is made from:
- KEVLAR® aramid fibers
- mineral fibers
- fillers
These components are bound together with an NBR rubber-based binder. The sheet is additionally reinforced with galvanized steel mesh, which increases its mechanical strength and operational stability.
