Kit contents:

    5 swirl flap mounts made of high-quality brass;
5 VITON
O-rings set of mounting
screws

Common symptoms of swirl flap strip failure:

increased fuel consumption
loss of power and low torque
appearance of error codes P2279-11 or P2075

General installation

guidelines The repair kit consists of four connectors made of high-quality brass. Installation involves removing the plastic fasteners from the flap control cable and replacing them with the new components by tightening the nuts included in the kit. Sometimes it is necessary to deepen one hole in the operating rod. After this step, simply reconnect the control cable to the rotary flap joints.

Before installing the kit, check that all flaps move freely. The exception is flap No. 3, which is the operating flap connected to the drive.
