The Rotimpex ROT-1580 2M gasket-cutting sheet (1.2 mm, 250×750 mm) is a sealing material used by workshops, service centers, and DIY enthusiasts. - Trace the shape of the old gasket or flange directly onto the sheet.
- Cut along the outline with a sharp knife, scissors, or a die cutter—for large batches, a plotter is best.
- Drill the screw holes with a punch or hole saw, and gently smooth the edges.
- When installing, tighten the screws evenly, in a crisscross pattern, using the torque recommended for the specific connection.
