The kit fits original Pierburg manifolds with the following part numbers:

Check the top marking; the numbers are located above the third flap (control flap)

There are two types of swirl flaps with different diameters. Before purchasing, check the diameter of the holes—matching manifold markings does not guarantee a 100% fit.

Kit

contents:

    4 x 18.5 mm manifold plugs;
anaerobic adhesive for bonding the plugs to the manifold;
EGR valve plug with gaskets;
intake manifold gasket.

The kit
includes anaerobic adhesive for bonding cylindrical parts with very high bonding strength. It cures upon contact with metal surfaces in the absence of air. Curing time: 24 hours. Excess adhesive should be wiped off; the adhesive does not harden in the presence of air.
