Interlock Flexible Exhaust Coupling with Beads and Clamps
The Inner Braid flexible joint is designed to reduce vibrations and compensate for minor movements in the exhaust system. Thanks to its design, it effectively reduces the stresses transmitted to other components of the system, which positively affects its durability and operational comfort.
The Inner Braid model features a double braid, which increases the hose’s flexibility and improves its leak resistance and durability under heavy use.
The model features welded flared ends, which allow for quick installation using the included clamps, without the need for welding. The outer braid enhances resistance to harsh operating conditions and protects the component from mechanical damage.
The specified diameter is a nominal (installation) dimension and corresponds to the diameter of the pipe for which the coupling is intended. The actual inner diameter is designed with a slight clearance, which facilitates installation.
To ensure maximum tightness and durability of the connection, it is recommended to use an exhaust system assembly paste.
The set includes two clamps.
