A kit designed for removing the exhaust gas cooler and the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system in 1.6 HDi / 1.6 TDCi / 1.6 D engines with a displacement of 1560 cm³, as fitted in numerous models from Citroën, Peugeot, Ford, Fiat, Mazda, Mini, Suzuki and Volvo.

The product enables the EGR system to be permanently blocked off and the exhaust gas cooler to be removed, which reduces carbon build-up in the intake manifold and improves the stability of the engine’s operation. By eliminating backflow of exhaust gases, the intake system remains cleaner and the engine can run more smoothly and efficiently.

The kit is made from durable materials, such as acid-resistant steel and aluminium, ensuring resistance to high temperatures and a long service life for the components
