GBS W1 cable ties with a hinged clasp are designed for use under heavy loads. Thanks to the curved edges of the strap, there is minimal risk of damaging the hose, even when tightened firmly. Their robust design with a jaw-type clamping mechanism ensures durability. These clamps are ideal for securing hoses with thick walls, ribbed outer surfaces, and suction hoses with metal or plastic spirals; they are particularly popular in agricultural and freight transport applications.

Made of high-quality steel tape ranging in width from 18 mm to 26 mm, the clamps are fully protected against corrosion by a zinc coating. The tape’s special profile prevents damage to the surface of the hose being secured during tightening and operation. Installation is performed using a metric hex head screw and two internal pins, ensuring a strong and durable clamping action.
