Gambit AF-300 1 mm Sealing Sheet – 250×500 mm Sheet for Cutting Seals

The Gambit AF-300 gasket-cutting sheet (1 mm, 250×500 mm) is a sealing material used by workshops, service centers, and DIY enthusiasts. An asbestos-free aramid sheet (commonly known as Klingerite) with consistent quality from the manufacturer. A flexible sheet that conforms well to uneven flange surfaces. Resistant to brake and coolant fluids—recommended for water and steam systems, as well as automotive applications.

At ADITECH, we cut 250×500 mm sheets from original Gambit material (manufacturer’s sheet size: 1500×1500 mm). These small sheets are ideal for individual gaskets: covers, pumps, thermostats, flanges, and fittings. You buy exactly as much material as you need—without overpaying for an entire sheet.

Why choose the AF-300 sheet?

  • Temperature resistance: up to 280°C (continuous operation from -40°C; up to 320°C for short periods; up to 220°C in steam)
  • Maximum pressure: 10 MPa
  • Media resistance: water, steam, brake fluids, coolants
  • Asbestos-free material—safe to process and install
  • Easy to cut: with a utility knife, scissors, die cutter, plotter, or cutting machine
  • Genuine Gambit material, well-known and widely used in industry and the automotive sector

What is the AF-300 gasket sheet used for?

Typical applications:

  • water and steam systems
  • heating and power generation
  • municipal services
  • automotive industry – cooling systems

How do you cut a gasket from a gasket sheet?

  • Trace the shape of the old gasket or flange directly onto the sheet.
  • Cut along the outline with a sharp knife, scissors, or a die cutter—for large batches, a plotter is best.
  • Drill the screw holes with a punch or hole saw, and gently smooth the edges.
  • When installing, tighten the screws evenly, in a crisscross pattern, using the torque recommended for the specific connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AF-300 panel contain asbestos?

No. Gambit AF-300 is an asbestos-free material that complies with applicable regulations.

What thickness of gasket sheet should I choose?

Thinner sheets (0.3–1 mm) work well on smooth, rigid surfaces, while thicker ones (1.5–4 mm) better fill in unevenness and compensate for flange deformation. The easiest way is to measure your old gasket.

Need a different size or thickness?

We offer additional sizes and thicknesses of this material—and if you can’t find the size you need, write to us, and we’ll check if we can cut it to size.

The specified limit values (temperature, pressure) do not occur simultaneously and are for reference only. The selection of material for a specific application should be verified against the manufacturer’s technical data sheet.
